Preparation for drink based on Italian wildflower honey with vegetable extracts of Frangula, Cassia angustifolia, Cascara, Melissa, Dandelion and Fennel.
CONTENT: box of 10 single-dose sachets of 10 g
250 g jar
The composition of Honey Everyday has been carefully studied to bring the properties of the vegetable extracts contained, reducing or minimizing their characteristic side effects. In fact, although Honey Everyday contains anthraquinonic laxatives such as Frangula, Senna (or Cassia) and Cascara, it can also be taken daily for medium-long periods.
The tolerability of our preparation derives from its composition: it contains a very modest quantity of anthraquinone glycosides, that is those compounds that, if taken in large quantities, can cause inflammation of the gastrointestinal mucosa. The formula also contains a very powerful natural soothing agent such as Lemon Balm and Fennel, which acts as an antispasmodic in the intestinal tract. To complete its action, Dandelion, which promotes diuresis, helps to reduce swelling and eliminate excess toxins.
For a natural, complete and light well-being. Without discomfort!
Take advantage of the benefits of natural extracts while enjoying the pleasure of a honey-flavored drink!

Why "EVERYDAY"?
"Everyday" because it is a natural remedy for the daily well-being of our intestines and, consequently, for our health. The vegetable extracts contained act by promoting the hydration of the colon, toning the intestinal muscles and promoting peristaltic movements. Moreover, they help to soothe possible inflammatory states of the mucous membranes and exert a purifying and detoxifying action.
Frangula.
Frangula (Rhamnus frangula) is a plant belonging to Rhamnaceae.
The part used in phytotherapy - in the treatment of constipation - is the bark, as it contains two substances which favor a correct bowel emptying: frangulin and anthraquinonic glycosides. Frangulin acts by giving tone to the muscular fibers of the bowel and promoting, therefore, the peristalsis: for this reason, Frangula is also recommended to all those who suffer from lazy bowel after having taken laxatives for a long time.
The anthraquinonic glycosides, instead, have an indirect mechanism of action: they are not metabolized in the stomach and reach the large intestine, where they are hydrolyzed by the bacterial flora and transformed, therefore, in anthrons. Anthrons reduce the reabsorption of water in the intestine, thus promoting a better hydration of stools and reducing the risk of lazy bowel, rhagades and hemorrhoids.
Cassia angustifolia.
Cassia angustifolia, commonly called Senna, is a herbaceous plant of the Fabaceae family.
Like Frangula, Senna is also rich in anthraquinone glycosides and it is used in phytotherapy to promote the emptying of the colon. Its effectiveness is widely recognized, so much that Senna is often administered in hospitals to patients who must undergo endoscopic exams. The active principle characteristic of this plant is reine, which increases hydration in the intestinal lumen and its content and stimulates, therefore, the motility of the large intestine.
Cascara.
Cascara is the bark of the plant Rhamnus purshianus, native to North America and belonging to the family of Rhamnaceae.
The bark of this plant has many active principles in common with Frangula, with which it also shares the botanical family. Cascara, as well as Frangula, is one of the phytotherapies of excellence for constipation and related side effects, such as anal fissures and hemorrhoids. Used in phytotherapy in the form of infusion or dry extract, Cascara is also indicated in the preparation of surgical and endoscopic interventions at intestine level.
Lemon Balm.
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a perennial plant in the Labiateae family.
Lemon balm leaves are used in herbal medicine in the treatment of anxiety and anxious disorders that somatize with headaches, cramps and abdominal colic. In fact, Lemon Balm is a sedative, antispasmodic and natural anti-inflammatory, which relieves symptoms of colic including bloating, pain, flatulence and abdominal cramps.
Dandelion.
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) is a plant belonging to the family of Asteraceae.
Besides being one of the most used phytotherapies to help the wellness of the liver and to purify the body, Dandelion also has digestive and draining properties. Therefore, it contrasts swelling and promotes the elimination of accumulated toxins.
Fennel.
Fennel (Foenicum vulgare) belongs to the family of Apiaceae.
In phytotherapy, Fennel is recommended in cases of digestive difficulties, abdominal cramps and abdominal swelling, even when caused by constipation. In fact, fennel has an antispasmodic action on gastric mucous membranes and a carminative action: it reduces the formation of gas in the bowel and helps to eliminate the present one, often cause of pain.
Altea.
Altea (Althaea officinalis) is a plant belonging to the Malvaceae family.
Among the many therapeutic properties of Altea, stands out the emollient/soothing action it exerts on gastrointestinal mucosa. In fact, Altea acts as a soothing agent for irritative or inflammatory phenomena of mucous membranes, even in presence of duodenal ulcer, chronic phenomena such as irritable bowel syndrome or gastrointestinal viruses.
